We will complete the mug to your exact specifications using the information and photo that you send through
In the case of a Mugly we will alter your original digital photo
With all product we will use your digital photo and cannot be held responsible for poor images on the finished mug when a poor image was supplied
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
Where the product does not meet your expectations and can be shown to be because of our production we will offer a full refund on receipt of the mug
If a mug arrives broken we will offer a replacement upon receipt of the original
